In Thailand, we have our main office in Bangkok and Samui. In Europe, our branch office is in Stockholm, Sweden. Vize Counselor, is a member of the Thai Lawyer Council, a Notarial Service Attorney, and part of the Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP).

Our founder Vongsakorn Arayavatn has written laws for the Ministry of Commerce and books on investment in Thailand. He had many notable cases such as the Phuket Boat incident working with the defendant and working with the world’s top 500 companies in telecommunication, mining, banks, and embassies. He is recognised by professional society as a member of Thai Bar Association, Accounting Council, Thai-Kenya Chamber of Commerce, Thai and Europe Chamber of Commerce, Eastern Economic Corridors and Thai Chinese Association of Koh Samui.
