- Company incorporation and dissolution in Thailand, including liquidation reporting and registration of corporate changes such as amendments to company objectives, directors, shareholders, and registered details with the Department of Business Development (DBD).
- Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT) and amendment of company tax information with the Revenue Department.
- Employer and employee registration with the Social Security Office.
- Assistance with Non-Immigrant B visa extensions and work permit renewals for foreign employees.
- Conducting legal due diligence for land and corporate transactions.
- Drafting commercial agreements, including Shareholder Agreements, Share Transfer Agreements, Lease Agreements, Construction Agreements, and Sale and Purchase Agreements related to corporate and Property transactions.
