A legal assistant providing support in legal services and business advisory work in Thailand, with experience assisting in coordinating legal matters for both Thai and international clients across a variety of legal issues. Areas of Practice
Corporate and Real Estate Services
Providing legal services related to corporate matters and real estate transactions in Thailand. Services include drafting and reviewing legal agreements such as lease agreements, reservation agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and usufruct agreements. Assistance is also provided with the registration of leases and property transfers at the Land Department, as well as preparation of powers of attorney for legal transactions.
Additional services include conducting land due diligence, employer and employee registration, preparation of company meeting minutes, changes of company directors, company incorporation, and company dissolution in accordance with Thai law.
Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Providing legal assistance in dispute resolution and court proceedings in Thailand. Services include drafting complaints and legal pleadings for cases such as fraud and consumer protection disputes, filing cases with the court, and representing clients in litigation procedures.
Additional experience includes enforcement of judgments and asset investigation, preparation of formal demand letters, and negotiation or coordination with police authorities in relation to legal disputes.
